You can earn points for each night you stay at Papillon Hotels. It is important to note that only the person making the reservation, not the person staying at the hotel, will earn points.

The table below shows the distribution of points earned during your stays according to room types and seasons.

For example, if you book 1 standard room for 10 nights in June, 2020 the points you earn will be 10 nights x 5 points = 50 points; 50 Euro

(*) 1 point = 1 €.

 

Points cannot be combined with discounts from other offers, special promotions, group bookings, or reservations for meetings or corporate events.

You can use your earned points for extra services during your stay. (Valid for Cabana, Papy Kids Sports Academy, Fit Club private lessons, and paid a la carte restaurant reservations.)

Points earned in the Loyalty Program cannot be used for hotel extras.

To spend your points, you can make reservations on our hotel’s website or contact our hotel via phone or email.

Points cannot be used for bookings made through tour operators or agencies.

Loyalty Program

Guests who have previously booked accommodation and stayed at the hotel are automatically included in the program. You may opt out of the program upon request.

Points can only be earned by natural persons; agencies and companies are not eligible to participate in the program.

Points are awarded per overnight stay when bookings are made directly with the hotel or through an agency.

Only the person who pays for the booking can earn points; you cannot earn points if you do not pay for the booking yourself.

If the rooms are shared, only the person who pays for the booking can earn points.

A minimum stay of one night is required to earn points. Earned points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Points must be used within three years, otherwise, they will be removed from the system.

Guests hosted by Papillon Hotels, agency personnel accommodated at travel agency rates, guests staying as part of info groups, and those with special discounted rates do not earn points.

Bookings must be made at the price listed on the hotel’s website. Points cannot be combined with discounts from other offers, special promotions, group bookings, or reservations for meetings or corporate events.

Papillon Hotels Management reserves the right to cancel or modify any part of the Loyalty and Guest Membership Program, its products and services, its rules for earning and spending points, or the program itself without prior notice.
