Papillon Hotels' “The Guest Loyalty Program” takes your vacation experience a step further with exclusive benefits. By participating in this free loyalty program, you can earn points from each stay and use these points for accommodation or special services on your next holiday. This system, which operates under the name of the person making the reservation, offers guests both advantages and privileges.
Papillon Loyalty Program
General Terms
1. Participation and Registration:
- To join the Loyalty Program and benefit from status privileges, completing the official registration process is mandatory.
- The registration process can be done through papillon.com.tr.
2. Earning Points and Nights:
- Points and loyalty nights can only be earned by actual individuals. Travel agencies, companies, or legal entities cannot earn points.
- Accommodation points and nights are earned by the primary guest (first name) specified in the reservation. Other guests in the same reservation cannot earn points or loyalty nights. Regardless of the identity of the person making the payment, the points and nights earned will be attributed to the primary guest in the reservation.
- Points are awarded for reservations made directly with the hotel or through contracted travel agencies.
- A minimum of one night’s stay is required to earn points.
3. Validity and Use of Points:
- Earned points are valid for 3 calendar years from the date they are loaded. Points not used by the end of this period will be automatically deleted. It is the participant’s responsibility to track the validity periods of the points.
- Earned points cannot be converted into cash.
- At the beginning of every 4th year, accommodation nights from the first year will be automatically deleted, and the status level will be recalculated based on the current 3-year accommodation nights.
4. Exceptions and Restrictions:
- Guests hosted by Papillon Hotels, those staying at discounted rates through travel agency staff, and other guests staying at discounted rates cannot earn points.
- Loyalty Program points and privileges cannot be combined with other discounts, special promotions, group bookings, meeting or corporate event reservations.
- Earned points and loyalty nights cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to third parties.
5. Program Management and Change Rights:
- Papillon Hotels Management reserves the right to change or terminate the conditions, rules, privileges, and earning/use of points of the Loyalty Program at any time. Changes and cancellations will be announced through the hotel’s official communication channels.

Condition: Our guests who are members of the loyalty program and make a reservation for 7 nights or more in a Deluxe Villa or Presidential Villa.

Special Reward Point System for Extra Expenses
Condition: Our loyalty program members who spend 500 Euros or more on extra expenses within the hotel during a single stay. (These expenses include all hotel-related expenses such as restaurants, bars, spas, extras, activities, etc.)
Reward: After the completion of check-out procedures, 10% of their extra expenditure will be credited to their reward profiles.
Benefit: These points will serve as a valuable reward that guests can use at their discretion during their next stays, further encouraging their loyalty.
