1 Point = 1 Euro (Example: A guest who makes a reservation in a Standard Room in May for 7 nights will earn 7 nights x 5 points x 1.25 = 43.75 points.)
Point Usage and Validity Period
Point Accrual
Points will only be uploaded to the profile of the "Lead Guest" after the completion of the check-out process.
Usage Start
The points earned can be used for all hotel services (restaurant, bar, spa, extras, etc.) during your next stay.
Validity Period
The points earned are valid for a period of 3 years starting from the date they are uploaded.
Automatic Deletion:
Points will be automatically deleted at the end of 3 calendar years from the date they are uploaded; points earned in the first year that are unused will be deleted.

Special Points Gift System for Your Extra Expenses
Condition: For our loyalty program members making extra expenses of 500 Euros or more during a single stay at the hotel. (These expenses cover all hotel-related costs including restaurants, bars, spa, extras, activities, etc.)
Reward: Guests will receive gift points equivalent to 10% of their extra expenses loaded onto their profiles after checkout is completed.
Benefit: These points will serve as a valuable reward that encourages their loyalty, which they can use at their discretion during their next stays.
