It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided during the reservation process is accurate and complete.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Free cancellation period may vary based on the conditions of the reservation made.

  • Cancellations made after the specified cancellation period has expired may incur a fee deduction.

  • If the guest does not check in at the hotel on the reservation date (no-show), the reservation amount may be charged.
