Everything you need to know about our “Agent Loyalty Program” can be found on this page.
When you register for the loyalty program, you will receive emails containing advertisements from Papillon Hotels. If you do not wish to receive emails, you can notify your preferences in writing to papilloncrm@papillon.com.tr.
The management of the Papillon Hotels chain reserves the right to change or cancel the content of the loyalty program without further notice to agents.

Status System

If the conditions of the loyalty program are not adhered to, the hotel management reserves the right to cancel the personal account of the user.
The Papillon Hotels Loyalty Program is specifically designed for agency staff. When a reservation is made on the official website of Papillon Hotels at papillon.com.tr or through a tour operator, the relevant agency staff can only earn bonus points that can be used for stays at Papillon Hotels.

Important Information

Membership and Login
You can use the login page to become a member of the loyalty program. Each agency manager or director can only create a personal account in their own name. You can use your personal email address during registration.

Account Usage Rules
Each user can only open one account in their own name. Registration must be done with a personal email address rather than corporate or shared email addresses.

Profile Updates
You can log in to your profile to update or modify your personal information whenever needed. All account adjustments can be made by the user through the profile panel.

Loyalty Points System

Every Accommodation Counts

Every reservation made under our loyalty program earns points based on specific criteria. Points are calculated not depending on the number of people making the reservation, but according to room type, duration of stay, and total number of nights.

To maximize the benefits from the program, all reservations must be entered correctly and on time through the system.

How to Earn Points?

Save Your Reservation, Collect Your Points Automatically

  • Reservations must be entered into the system before guests arrive at the hotel. Points cannot be earned from reservations added to the system after check-in.
  • To earn points, you must log into your account from the program login page and save all your reservations completely.
  • After guests complete their check-out procedures, earned points will be reflected in your account through an automatic validation process.
  • You can easily track all your reservations and your current points status through the program login page.
