Everything you need to know about our “Agency Loyalty Program” can be found on this page.
When you register for the Loyalty Program, you will receive emails containing promotions from Papillon Hotels. If you do not wish to receive emails, you can notify your preferences in writing to papilloncrm@papillon.com.tr.
The management of the Papillon Hotels chain reserves the right to alter or cancel the content of the loyalty program for agents without prior notice.
Point Redemption
Points-based accommodation calculation is available for a maximum occupancy of 2+1.
You must accumulate at least 250 points to participate in the activation program. Your points remain valid for two years.
You can redeem your points exclusively for stays at Papillon Hotels. Simply log in to your personal account and submit a request to use your points.
You can stay at the hotels using points only once a year, for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 7 nights, from October to April, excluding public holidays. Point stays are valid in the Standard Land View Room at Papillon Ayscha, Superior Land View Room at Papillon Zeugma Relaxury, and Comfort Club Room at Papillon Belvil.

The administration of the Papillon Hotels Resort & SPA hotel chain reserves the right to change or cancel the content of the loyalty program for agencies without additional notification.
In case of non-compliance with the terms of the Loyalty Program, the hotel administration reserves the right to cancel the member's personal account.
