When you register for the Loyalty Program, you will receive emails containing promotions from Papillon Hotels. If you do not wish to receive emails, you can notify your preferences in writing to papilloncrm@papillon.com.tr.
The management of the Papillon Hotels chain reserves the right to alter or cancel the content of the loyalty program for agents without prior notice.

Extra Point Advantage on Direct Reservations

We offer special extra point opportunities for guests making reservations through our website or direct booking channels:

Standard Room
Multiply earned points by x 1.25

Suite Room
Multiply earned points by x 1.5

Villa
Multiply earned points by x 2

1 Point = 1 Euro (Example: A guest making a reservation in a Standard Room in May accumulates 7 nights x 5 points x 1.25 = 43.75 points.)

Point Usage and
Validity Period

Point Accumulation
Points will be credited only to the profile of the "Lead Guest" after the completion of the check-out process.

Usage Start
The earned points can be used for all services inside the hotel (restaurant, bar, spa, extras, etc.) during your next stay.

Validity Period
The earned points are valid for a period of 3 years starting from the date of accrual.

Automatic Deletion:
Points will be automatically deleted at the end of the 3 calendar years from the date they were accrued; the points earned and not used in the first year will be deleted automatically.
