When you register for the Loyalty Program, you will receive emails containing promotions from Papillon Hotels. If you do not wish to receive emails, you can notify your preferences in writing to papilloncrm@papillon.com.tr.
The management of the Papillon Hotels chain reserves the right to change or cancel the content of the loyalty program for agents without any prior notice.

Instant Upgrade Opportunities to Privileged Stays and Spending Incentives

Our loyalty program rewards not only your long-term stays but also your special and premium accommodations instantly. Additionally, we generously reward your extra spending at our hotel, making every moment more rewarding.

Luxurious Experience with Instant Platinum Privileges

Condition: Guests who are members of our loyalty program and make a reservation for 7 nights or more in a Deluxe Villa or Presidential Villa.

Privilege: They will have instant Platinum card privileges throughout these special stay periods!

Validity: Platinum privileges will only be valid during the relevant reservation period. This way, they will enrich their premium stays with the highest level of services.

Special Point Gift System for Your Extra Spending

Condition: Our loyalty program members spend 500 Euros or more on additional expenses within the hotel during a single stay. (These expenses include all hotel-related costs such as restaurants, bars, spas, extras, activities, etc.)

Reward: Guests will receive gift points equal to 10% of their additional spending, which will be credited to their profiles after completing the check-out process.

Benefit: These points serve as a valuable reward that encourages loyalty, as they can be used at their discretion during their next stays.

Papillon Loyalty Program
General Conditions

1. Participation and Registration:
  • In order to join the Loyalty Program and benefit from status privileges, completing the official registration process is mandatory.
  • The registration process can be completed via papillon.com.tr.
2. Earning Points and Nights:
  • Points and loyalty nights can only be earned by actual individuals. Travel agencies, companies, or legal entities cannot earn points.
  • Accommodation points and nights are earned by the primary guest (first name) specified in the reservation. Other guests in the same reservation cannot earn points or loyalty nights. Regardless of the identity of the person making the payment, points and night earnings will be credited to the primary guest in the reservation.
  • Points are awarded for reservations made directly through the hotel or through contracted travel agencies.
  • To earn points, at least one night of stay is required.
3. Validity and Use of Points:
  • Earned points are valid for 3 calendar years from the date they are loaded. At the end of this period, unused points will be automatically deleted. It is the participant’s responsibility to track the validity periods of points.
  • Earned points cannot be converted into cash.
  • At the beginning of every 4th year, accommodation nights from the first year will be automatically deleted, and the status level will be recalculated based on the current 3 years of accommodation nights.
4. Exceptions and Restrictions:
  • Guests hosted by Papillon Hotels, those staying with special discounted rates through travel agency staff, and other guests staying at special discounted rates cannot earn points.
  • Loyalty Program points and privileges cannot be combined with other discounts, special promotions, group reservations, meetings, or corporate event reservations.
  • Earned points and loyalty nights cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to third parties.
5. Program Management and Right to Change:
  • The Management of Papillon Hotels reserves the right to change the conditions, rules, privileges, and terms of earning/using points of the Loyalty Program at any time. Changes and cancellations will be announced through the hotel’s official communication channels.
