Important Information
- Free Service Scope: The free usage rights specified in the table are valid for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 0–5.99) staying in the same room and only for departure direction. Additional persons will incur the listed prices.
- Child Charges: Children aged 0–1.99 are free. A 50% discount is applied for children aged 2–5.99. Full charges apply for guests aged 6 and over.
- Payment: Lounge service payments must be made at least 24 hours in advance through our website or at the hotel reception.
- Reservation: Reservations can be made through our website, call center, guest relations, or reception. Passenger information (name, surname, date of birth, flight details, etc.) must be entered completely during the reservation process.
- Service Duration: The usage duration of the CIP Lounge is 2 hours. In case of exceeding the time limit, an additional charge of 10 € per additional hour may be collected by airport authorities.
- Right to Change: The airport operator and our hotel reserve the right to change service conditions for operational reasons.
