FIT CLUB provides you with a sports-filled holiday, with a variety of free training sessions led by certified trainers, as well as paid private lessons in sports such as bodybuilding, golf and tennis for those who wish to attend.

Get stronger with exercises that will strengthen your entire body with Mustafa Özkan, who is one of the Turkish National athletes in bodybuilding, and with our other sports trainers at the Fitness Center. Numerous body-strengthening exercises such as Lower Body Workout, Abs, Full Body Workout, Circle Workout, Tabata and Fat Burn are waiting for you!

 

FIT CLUB Private Lessons with charge

 

Swimming

Under the guidance of trainers, exercises will be conducted in various styles and suited for all levels in pools suitable for swimming training.

Tennis

Tennis lessons are provided with professional equipment and are accompanied by trainers for sportsperson of all levels.

Golf

Golf lessons will be provided by TPGA (Turkish Professional Golfers’ Association) certified trainers at Fit Swing Academy located in Montgomery Golf Course.

Vücut Geliştirme, METCON (Metabolic Conditioning) & HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Take part in bodybuilding and strengthening exercises with Mustafa Özkan, who placed third in national bodybuilding competitions of Turkey in 2005 and 2007, second in 2008, and first in 2012 and has been instructing at Papillon Hotels for nearly 15 years!
