A: Yes, pools and beaches will be open, in accordance with the maximum hygiene and cleaning conditions specified in the legislation. Arrangements will be made to satisfy the social distance requirements both on the beaches and around the pools.
Q: What Kind of Measures Are Taken in Rooms?
A: All frequently used items in the rooms will be disinfected as soon as each guest checks out of the hotel. The use of disposable materials will be ensured in the rooms (including cups and cutlery, as well as hotel guest bathroom products such as shampoo and conditioners). All cleaning staff must use masks and disposable gloves.
Q: What Kind of Measures Are Taken in Areas Such as Gyms and Turkish Bath?
A: Each guest will use the Turkish bath, steam bath and SPA for a maximum of 30 minutes. The next guests will enter after a break for 15 minutes. The number of people entering and leaving the fitness areas will be restricted.
