Our hotel, Papillon Zeugma, has been awarded with a 2018 Certificate of Excellence on TripAdvisor, and with your feedback, has now won this award for five years in a row since 2014.
Papillon Zeugma has therefore entered the Hall of Fame this year, after having won the award over and over again, and receiving the highest praise from guests for 5 years. This award has been given for 8 years, and is granted to hotels which receive excellent comments for five years in a row on TripAdvisor.
Heather Leisman, Vice President of Corporate Marketing for TripAdvisor, stated at the 2018 Certificate of Excellence Awards Ceremony, that this award is granted to businesses that best assist holidaymakers and provide unforgettable holidays, and this is evaluated by taking into account guest comments and feedback.
Hüseyin Usta, Papillon Zeugma General Manager, stated that they accept this award on behalf of all employees of Papillon Zeugma, which includes more than 450 employees, and said,
