We received awards in the “Best Family Hotel” category in TripAdvisor best hotel rankings, consisting of different categories such as Family and Couple, in 2019 as well as in 2015 and 2018. As outlined in this PDF document, the awards determined by the survey responses of TUI guests are given in the following categories:
- TUI Holly: TUI HOLLY is the premium prize for the 100 most popular TUI hotels worldwide. This award, distributed since 1994, is given to the hotels according to the surveys of TUI guests and other safety criteria.
- TUI Top Quality: TUI TOP QUALITY is an award given to the best TUI hotels along with TUI HOLLY. Hotels worthy of this award received high scores from TUI guests in surveys and at least 8.7 out of 10 in total. The TUI TOP QUALITY badge is also a symbol of the most popular hotels of TUI.
- TUI Family Champion: This award is a family-owned award for hotels. TUI FAMILY Champion award is given to the most family-friendly TUI hotels. Beyond the criteria such as kids club, children’s pool or entertainment areas, these award-winning hotels are hotels that have met TUI’s high safety and quality criteria in this area. This award is given to families in the surveys by marking the “family-friendly” option as “very good” and getting at least 8.7 out of 10.
