CONTACTLESS TECHNOLOGIES AT PAPILLON HOTELS

We would like to tell you about the processes we have worked on and completed within the scope of digital transformation and contactless hotel management we have started at Papillon Hotels in 2019. Digital processes have become more critical with social distancing and security applications that entered into our lives after the pandemic.

 

First of all, the services that guests can benefit from in their accommodation have been made available in a digital environment with applications in which guests can manage their reservation, order, questionnaire, check-in & check-out via their mobile devices.Contactless hotel management has been developed on the frictionless & seamless logic; we have ensured that the needs of the guests are met quickly and in high quality without any difficulty or personal contact. By means of QR codes, our menus, questionnaires, and guest information guides can be presented to our guests.

 

 

 

With the developed Papillon Hotels application, guests can access daily activities and show programs, opening and closing hours of service areas, and Papillon Hotels social media accounts. Thanks to digital transformation and process management, we can also measure guest satisfaction and take action if necessary. We have also created areas for the office and working needs of our guests for remote working.
